SHIPPING, HANDLING, PAYMENTS AND RETURNS

We accept most major credit cards through the security of Pay Pal. We accept bank drafts, certified checks, and money orders (payable in US Dollars). We will ship out merchandise only once the payments have cleared

Most credit and debit card orders are shipped between 2-7 days. Shipping & handling charges are pre set, they are automatically calculated by weight of the product are added to your shopping cart at checkout. We use the postal services for most of our shipments; you may choose between Normal (3-5 business days), Priority (2-3 days average), or Express Mail (1-2 business days).


Your orders will be waved from a signature unless otherwise instructed by you.

We are not responsible or liable for any problems that may result at your local customs office. If customs assesses duties on your shipment, those are your responsibility, and must be paid by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. We will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes arising from your local customs office, nor any other fees local carriers in your country may charge It is your responsibility to check your country’s customs and import policies.

RETURN POLICY
All returns must be made within 15 days from purchase date and will not be accepted without our authorization number. Products must be in original condition, sealed and unused. All returns must be prepaid and a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund. Returns due to customer error will result in a 25% restocking fee.
