SHIPPING
Most credit and debit card orders are shipped between 2-7 days. Shipping & handling charges are pre set and are automatically calculated by weight of the product. We use the postal services for most of our shipments; you may choose between Normal (3-5 business days), Priority (2-3 days average), or Express Mail (1-2 business days).
We are not responsible or liable for any problems that may result at your local customs office. If customs assesses duties on your shipment, those are your responsibility, and must be paid by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. RETURN POLICY
All returns must be made within 15 days from purchase date and will not be accepted without our authorization. Products must be in original condition, sealed and unused. All returns must be prepaid and a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund. Returns due to customer error will result in a 25% restocking fee.
